Frequently Asked Questions

How are your products made?

All of our products are made by hand. We cut each board to size, then, depending on the design we hand char the wood to bring out the grain.  Afterwards, the boards are stained or painted, and then hand assembled. Products with that are engraved, are done so by hand.

What type of wood do you use?
Generally our flags and other wood decor are made from either pine, spruce, or fir depending on availability.  We hand-select each and every piece ourselves, ensuring we use the finest and highest-quality wood.  If you are interested in a flag made from hardwood like oak, maple, cherry, ash, etc. please contact us and we can work with you.

Our cutting boards are made from hardwoods.  Depending on the design, we use woods such as walnut, rock maple, cherry, beech, and ash.

Can your flags be displayed outdoors?

Flags finished with our standard matte or semi-gloss finished generally should not be displayed outside.  However, we do offer a weatherproof, UV protected finish that will help protect your flag from the elements.

Do your products come ready to hang?

Yes, we want you to be able to display your product as soon as it arrives!  All of our products come complete with hanging hardware already attached.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Due to the custom, hand-crafted nature of our products, production time can vary.  It is our goal for you to receive your flag within 2-3 weeks from when your order is place.  If during especially busy times, your product takes longer than 3 weeks, we will notify you. If you have a specific date you need a flag by, please email us at bridgeco1632.com to discuss if that's feasible.

Do you accept donation requests?

We do accept a limited number of donation requests.  We are especially proud to contribute to those fundraisers which support our military, and first responders and of course youth organizations.
